Tempurr had a rough start to life. In 2006 she was dumped on the side of the road in a box with three other kittens, all about 3 1/2 weeks old. The CEO of my company saw them get dumped and he stopped to rescue them. He brought them into the office to find new homes for them. I picked Tempurr and took her home that evening. Since she was not weaned, she needed to be fed a mixture of baby food and kitten formula several times a day. I would go home from work on my lunch hour every day to feed her. She grew quickly and was moved to the farm to be a barn cat.
