Our cows are butchered at Central Kentucky Custom Meats located in Casey County, Kentucky.
This is a USDA certified processing plant.
Pricing below is good for 2024.
Pricing:
Whole cow $3.40 a pound (hanging weight)
Half cow $3.50 a pound (hanging weight)
Quarter cow $3.60 a pound (hanging weight)
Note: when purchasing a half or quarter, each portion is equally split so every customer gets and a fair mix of all the cuts.
Add .50 extra per pound for hamburger patties
Delivery fee $25 within 50 miles of farm or you can pick up here on the farm
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering and it will be applied toward the purchase price.
