I purchased a whole steer from Donna and Victor because I know how well cared for their animals are. This beef is truly prime (which far exceeds choice). It's the type of beef that is sold to high end restaurants. While the prime cuts are excellent the hamburger is very flavorable that grills nice. A excellent price for high end burger. - Trevor
