Whole, Half or Quarter Beef Pricing
We are now offering a limited amount of beef for sale.
Our cows are butchered at Central Kentucky Custom Meats located in Casey County, Kentucky.
This is a USDA certified processing plant.
Pricing below is good for 2024.
Pricing:
Whole cow $4.40 a pound (hanging weight)
Half cow $4.50 a pound (hanging weight)
Quarter cow $4.60 a pound (hanging weight)
Note: when purchasing a half or quarter, each portion is equally split so every customer gets and a fair mix of all the cuts.
Add 2.00 extra per pound for hamburger patties (minimum 25 lbs)
Delivery fee $25 within 50 miles of farm or you can pick up here on the farm
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of ordering and it will be applied toward the purchase price.

$150 for half
$100 for quarter

Purchase of whole cow would be about $3300 at an approximate cost of $6.60 per pound of meat
(with a yield of approx. 500 lbs for your freezer)
Purchase of half cow would be about $1687.50 at an approximate cost of $6.75 per pound of meat
(with a yield of approx. 250 lbs for your freezer)
Purchase of quarter cow would be about $862.50 at and approximate cost of $6.90 per pound of meat
(with a yield of approx. 125 lbs for your freezer)
